Shipping

We offer free tracked standard shipping within Australia by courier, and will fulfil your order from our base in Perth, Western Australia within 3-5 business days.

For all international orders, we offer a flat rate of $100 for standard shipping. Payment of any custom duties, taxes, or other related fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. For express domestic or international shipping, get in touch with us for a personalised quote.

Your piece will be packed into a canvas drawstring bag and secured box for a stress-free delivery to your home.

Each and every one of our hand-tufted rugs are crafted with care and precision. We’re sure you’ll love your new piece, but here’s some help in case anything goes awry:

Exchanges & Store Credit

We don’t offer refunds, but we can offer you a store credit or exchange (availability pending) if your rug isn’t what you expected, or arrives damaged in any way. Please contact us on hello@sisa-studio.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue, so we can help. The item must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, and with proof of purchase.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed as damaged on arrival. We recommend using a tracked service.

Non-Returnable Items
